Checking the scraper on the TwinTeC plus double-disc coulter

  1. Lift the implement.

  2. To check the distance of the scraper:

    rotate the depth control wheel 1.

  3. If the distance between the depth control wheel and the scraper 2 is greater than 3mm,

    loosen both bolts.
  4. Adjust the scraper to a distance of 3mm.
  5. Tighten the bolts.

  6. To check the distance:

    Rotate the depth control wheel again.

  7. If the scraper cannot be readjusted any further,

    replace the scraper.
  1. Remove the bolts.
  2. replace the scraper.
  3. Install the bolts.

  4. To check the distance:

    Rotate the depth control wheel.
