Adjusting the track width

  1. Determine the tractor track width a of the cultivating implement.
  1. Loosen the bolts 2.

  2. To adjust the tramline marker to the track width of the cultivating implement,

    Move the bracket 3 on the profile tube 1.
  3. Move the track disc to the desired position.
  4. Tighten the bolts.

Upon request, the track width can be increased once more by installing the tramline marker disc 4 on the outside.

  1. To remove the tramline marker disc:

    Loosen and remove the nut 3.
  2. Remove the washer 2.
  3. Remove the wedge 1.
  4. Remove the tramline marker disc 4
  5. Install the tramline marker disc on the outside.
  6. Remove the wedge 1.
  7. Install the washer 2.
  8. Install the nut 3 and tighten it.
  9. Repeat the procedure on the second tramline marker disc.

To ensure that the tramline marker disc does not hit the square tube when folding the tramline marker, the direction of rotation of the swivel arm must be changed.

  1. To change the direction of rotation of the swivel arm:

    Remove the nut 4.
  2. Remove the washer 3.
  3. Remove the bolt 1.
  4. Install the bolt in the opposite hole 2.
  5. Install the washer 3.
  6. Put on the nut 4.
