No spreading material transport to the spreading discs

The floor belt is not conveying. Oil pressure is too low.

  • Increase the oil pressure from the tractor.

The conveyor belt slips.

If the floor belt is not conveying, no spreading material reaches the spreading discs.

The conveyor belt is pretensioned in the floor belt. Tension the conveyor belt on both sides through the openings in the frame side sections if it is running unevenly.

  1. Loosen the 8 bolts underneath the transport box on the left.
  2. Take off the transport box outwards.
  1. Remove the lock nut 2.
  2. Using the adjustment nut 1, increase the pretension by half a turn of the spanner.
  3. Tighten the lock nut.
  4. Make the same adjustments evenly on both sides.
  5. Install the transport box.
  6. Check if the conveyor belt is driven evenly again.
