Follow the country-specific regulations for handling and applying crop protection products.
Observe the warning instructions and regulations from the crop protection product manufacturer regarding the handling of crop protection products for dosing, application and cleaning.
Before you begin with the application, read the safety data sheets to inform yourself about the health risks and safety hazards involved with the utilised crop protection product.

Working safely in the cab
Even in the cab, the operator can be exposed to contamination with dangerous substances.
Depending on the cab's protection category and the requirements in the safety data sheets for the crop protection product used, wear suitable personal protective equipment in the cab.

To prevent ingress of aerosols and vapours into the cab:

With Category 4 cabs, ensure that the doors and windows are sealed tightly enough.
Follow the instructions from the manufacturer of the system for the outside air supply and filtering.
Before entering the cab, take off contaminated protective equipment, clothing, shoes and gloves.
