Diluting and spraying out the residual quantity

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
Environmental damage due to overdosing of spray liquid

To avoid overdosing due to undiluted residues:

Spray the undiluted residues on an untreated area.

A portion of the spray liquid remaining in the machine cannot be diluted for technical reasons. The non-dilutable residues must be sprayed out on an untreated area. The dilutable residues can be sprayed out on a treated area after dilution.

The driven distance required for the non-dilutable residues is calculated with the following equation:

Non-dilutable residual quantity

  1. Run the spray liquid pump on the ISOBUS control terminal.
  1. Select the Cleaning 1 menu.
  2. Dilute the spray liquid with at least 10 times the amount of flushing water.
  3. When the required quantity of flushing water has been filled into the spray liquid tank:

    Terminate the dilution.
  1. Switch off the agitator on the ISOBUS control terminal.
  2. Start the spraying procedure and simultaneously drive off.
  3. To spray the non-dilutable residues out of the spray line:

Travel the required driven distance on an untreated area.
  4. When the non-dilutable residues have been sprayed out:

Spray out the diluted residual quantity.
  5. Stop the spraying procedure.
