The boom does not fold into transport position.

The wiring harness is defective.

NOTE
If the electronics are intact, the emergency folding can be triggered via the ISOBUS control terminal, refer to the ISOBUS software operating manual, section Manual folding of the Flex-folding in the section Settings / Machine / Hydraulic system.

With Flex-folding, the boom sections can be manually folded on the hydraulic blocks from the to the inside if the wiring harness is defective.

Assignment of the hydraulic blocks:

  • Hydraulic block 2 is for the first and second sections from the outside.

  • Hydraulic block 1 is for the third section from the outside.

  1. Switch on the ISOBUS control terminal.
  2. Press and hold the pushbuttons on both solenoids a until the outer boom section is folded.
  3. Press and hold the pushbuttons on both solenoids b until the second boom section from the outside is folded.
  4. Press and hold the pushbuttons on both solenoids c until the third boom section from the outside is folded.
