Setting the filling options

Before filling, on the TwinTerminal, you must set the filling options in the menu Special functions > Filling options 1.

The following filling options can be set:

  • Filling capacity

  • Foam prevention

  • Automatic filling pause

  • Automatic cleaning of the induction bowl

Before filling via the suction connection, the filling capacity must be set. The filling capacity can be set at 3 levels:

  • The lowest filling capacity via the spray liquid pump with reduced agitator pump capacity, e.g. for foaming spray agents

  • The medium filling capacity via the spray liquid pump with increased agitator pump capacity

  • The maximum filling capacity with the injector switched on, in addition

  • Select the desired filling capacity.

Foam prevention reduces foaming of spray agents that tend to foam, through active internal cleaning.

  • To activate the foam prevention function:

    Select .

An automatic filling pause can be set to ensure enough time for flush-in of spray agents.

  • To set a filling pause:

    Select and the fill level in percent, at which the filling procedure should be paused.
NOTE

The filling pause will only be activated during the filling procedure when the induction bowl is lowered.

Automatic cleaning of the induction bowl cleans the induction bowl automatically after it is lifted.

  • To activate automatic cleaning of the induction bowl:

    Select .
  • When all of the filling options have been set:

    Select to exit the Filling options menu.
