Function of the machine

The machine consists of the carrier system and the sprayer equipment. As the operator position, a cab in compliance with Category 1 or Category 4 is installed on the carrier system. The sprayer with semi-automated and automated auxiliary functions ensures plant-friendly application of crop protection products or liquid fertiliser.

The spray liquid pump 2, the agitator pump 3 and the flushing water pump 7 drive the liquid circuit.

Water is suctioned in via the suction connection 6. The spray liquid pump conveys water through the suction filter 8 into the spray liquid tank. The required spray agent is flushed into the spray liquid tank 9 through the induction bowl.

Alternatively, the spray liquid tank can be filled with a liquid fertiliser via the suction connection.

The flushing water pump supplies the flushing water tank with water via a separate suction filter.

The crop protection product or the liquid fertiliser flows from the spray liquid tank through the pressure filter 1 to the spraying nozzles or to the injector 4.

The agitator pump and the agitator 5 ensure that the spray liquid is homogeneous.
