Briefly interrupting operation

Before every work interruption, the boom and the nozzles must be flushed. The suction filter and pressure filter must be cleaned.

If the machine is equipped with HighFlow+: The separate HighFlow+ pressure filter cannot be removed and cleaned when the spray liquid tank is full.

  1. On the ISOBUS control terminal, select menu Cleaning > Flush boom.
  1. Select menu Apply flushing liquid 1.
  2. Flush the boom.
  3. Apply the flushing water on an untreated area.
  4. Stop flushing.
  1. Select menu Cleaning, winterising 1.

  1. To start the suction filter cleaning:

    Select .

The progress of suction filter cleaning will be shown on the TwinTerminal.

  1. Ensure that a suction hose is not coupled to the suction connection, and confirm on the TwinTerminal.
  1. Run the spray liquid pump and confirm.

The suction filter can be vented.

  1. Activate the vent valve of the suction filter 1 for 20 seconds and confirm on the TwinTerminal.

The suction filter will be suctioned empty.

  1. Take out the suction filter and confirm.
  2. Clean the suction filter with water.
  1. Re-insert the suction filter and confirm.
  1. Confirm completion of suction filter cleaning.

  1. If the machine is equipped with single-nozzle control:

    Close the stop tap for the return flow on the boom.

  1. To start the pressure filter cleaning:

    Select on the TwinTerminal.

The progress of pressure filter cleaning will be shown on the TwinTerminal.

  1. Place a collection bucket under the emptying connection and confirm.
  1. Switch off the spray liquid pump and confirm.
  2. Wait for 5 seconds until the pressure filter is drained.
  1. Remove the pressure filter and confirm.
  2. Clean the pressure filter with water.
  1. Re-insert the pressure filter and confirm.
  1. Confirm completion of pressure filter cleaning.

  1. If the machine is equipped with single-nozzle control:

    Open the stop tap for the return flow on the boom.

  1. To continue working:

    Run the spray liquid pump on the ISOBUS control terminal.
  1. On the ISOBUS control terminal select menu Agitation 1.
  1. Agitate the spray liquid with maximum agitator capacity for 5 minutes.

After the spray liquid has been agitated, the machine is ready for operation.
