Preparing the side discs for operation

The side discs ensure a good work pattern in the outer area of the implement. For optimal connection of the next bout, the working depths of the side discs are adjustable. To ensure that the prescribed transport width is observed, the side discs have a folding design, depending on the implement equipment.

  1. Pull the linch pin 1 for the side discs.
  2. Pull out the pin 2.

Swivel the side discs carefully to the desired position.
  1. Swivel down the side discs.
  1. Secure the side disc with a pin 2.
  2. Secure the pin with a linch pin 1.
