Determining the calibration factor during a calibration run

Machines with FlowControl can be calibrated automatically.

PREREQUISITES

  • Hopper fill level must be at least 2.204,62 lb (1.000kg)

  • In the menu Settings>Machine> Check and adjust the calibration factor Manually is selected, Selecting the calibration method.

  1. Keep the tractor and machine in horizontal rest position 1.
  2. Start calibration run.
  3. Start spreading operation. Spread the minimum amount of spreading material of 551,16 lb (250kg).

Until the minimum quantity has been spread, the spread rate 2 is displayed highlighted in yellow in the status bar.

  1. If at least 551,16 lb (250kg) are spread:

    The spread rate indication in the status bar changes.
  2. Close shutters and stop at the same time.
  3. Keep the tractor and machine in horizontal rest position.
  4. Terminate the calibration.

The new calibration factor 3 will be displayed.

  1. Save the calibration factor.

Abort the calibration. Restart.
