Selecting the calibration method

  1. In the Settings menu, select Machine.
  2. Select the suitable calibration procedure under Checking and adjusting the calibration factor.

The following calibration methods can be selected:

  • Manually

    • ZA-TS 01: For a calibration run with a spread rate of at least 440,92 lb (200kg)

    • ZG-TS 02: For a calibration run with a spread rate of at least 2.204,62 lb (1.000kg)

  • Automatic with scale for constant calibration with a weighing system

  • FlowControl for machines with torque detection on the spreading disks

  • FC and scale for machines with torque detection on the spreading disks and weighing system
