Determining the calibration factor with FlowControl
To ensure a correct spread rate, the calibration factor is continuously optimized in field operation.
FlowControl can be used in conjunction with a weighing system.
FlowControl detects blockages at the fertilizer outlet. In the Work menu, the spreader symbol changes color.
Continuous calibration starts automatically at commencement of spreading.
The current calibration factor 1 is displayed.

Black | Correct metering |
Yellow | The spread rate is correct. The shutter positions differ significantly. This may be a sign of a blocked shutter opening. |
Red | Spreading material hopper is empty or shutter opening is clogged |
