Selecting the source of the speed signal

  1. In the Settings menu, select Machine > Speed.
  2. Under Source, select the desired source of the speed signal.

Source

Meaning

Radar (tractor)

Signal from the tractor's radar sensor

Wheel (tractor)

Signal from the tractor's wheel sensor

Satellite

Signal from the GPS antennae

Machine, only for trailed machines

Signal from the machine's wheel sensor

Simulated

Simulated speed for checking the application rate or when no other speed signal is available

The pulses are shown and can be changed if necessary.

  1. If Machine is selected:

    Select the Teach-in pulses menu. Alternatively, enter the pulses per 100m for the left and right wheel sensors manually.

  2. If the speed signal is simulated:

    Under Simulated speed, enter the desired speed and maintain during operation.
