Checking the oil in the pumps

WARNING
Health hazard due to accidental contact with crop protection products
Clean the spray liquid circuit of the machine with flushing water.
  1. Park the machine horizontally on a level surface.
  2. Switch off all pumps.
  3. Check the oil for clarity.

  4. If the oil is cloudy or foamy:

    Replace the piston diaphragms of the spray liquid pumps, Replacing the piston diaphragms of the spray liquid pumps.
  1. Check the oil level on the sight glasses 1 and 2.

If the oil level is too low, oil must be refilled:

  1. Remove the cover.
  2. Refill multi-purpose oil 15W40.
  3. Install the cover.
