Suction extraction of spray agent from containers

As an alternative to flush-in through the induction bowl, spray agent can also be suction-extracted directly from a container via the CTS during the filling procedure.

  1. Take off the sealing cap 2.
  2. Couple the spray agent container on the CTS filling connection 1.
  1. On the TwinTerminal, select menu Spray liquid tank > Closed transfer system.
  2. Press the button to select the desired source for supply of the CTS.

The spray agent will be suction-extracted from the container during the filling procedure.

  1. When spray agent is suction-extracted:

    Press the button of the source again.

Suction-extraction will be stopped.

After suction-extraction from the container, both the container and the contaminated components of the machine must be cleaned.

  1. Couple the spray agent container on the CTS flushing connection.
  1. On the TwinTerminal, select menu Spray liquid tank > Closed transfer system.
  2. Press the button of the desired source for supplying water to the CTS.

The container and the components will be thoroughly flushed with water.

  1. When the container and the components are cleaned:

    Press the button of the source again.

The cleaning procedure will be stopped.

  1. Uncouple the spray agent container from both connections.
  2. Fit the sealing cap on the CTS filling connection.
