Briefly interrupting operation
Before every work interruption, the boom and the nozzles must be flushed. The suction filter and pressure filter must be cleaned.
If the machine is equipped with HighFlow+: The separate HighFlow+ pressure filter cannot be removed and cleaned when the spray liquid tank is full.
- Select Field menu > Cleaning > Flush boom on the ISOBUS control terminal.
- Select Spray out flushing liquid 1.
- Start the flushing procedure.
- Apply the flushing water on an untreated area.
- End the flushing procedure.

If the machine is equipped with single nozzle control:
Close stop tap for the return flow on the boom.
- Select the Cleaning, winterising menu on the TwinTerminal.
To start the suction filter cleaning:
Select the function on the TwinTerminal.
The progress of suction filter cleaning will be shown on the TwinTerminal.

- Ensure that a suction hose is not coupled to the suction connection, and confirm on the TwinTerminal.

- Run the spray liquid pump and confirm.

The suction filter can be vented.
- Activate the vent valve of the suction filter 1 for 20 seconds and confirm on the TwinTerminal.
The suction filter will be suctioned empty.
- Loosen the central nut 1 on the suction filter.
- Turn the suction filter cover 2 to the left.
The suction filter can be removed along with the suction filter cover.

- Take out the suction filter with the suction filter cover and confirm.
- Separate the suction filter from the suction filter cover.
- Clean the suction filter with water.
- Put the suction filter in the suction filter cover 2. Make sure that the vent valve 1 of the suction filter cover is lined up with the marking.
- Insert the suction filter with the suction filter cover into the suction filter housing.
- Press on the suction filter cover and turn it to the right up to the stop.
The vent valve is no longer lined up with the marking.
- Tighten the central nut 3 of the suction filter.

- On the TwinTerminal, confirm that the suction filter in inserted.

- Confirm completion of suction filter cleaning.
To start the pressure filter cleaning:
Select the function on the TwinTerminal.
The progress of pressure filter cleaning will be shown on the TwinTerminal.

- Place a collection bucket under the emptying connection and confirm.

- Switch off the spray liquid pump and confirm.
- Wait for 5 seconds until the pressure filter is drained.

- Remove the pressure filter and confirm.
- Clean the pressure filter with water.

- Re-insert the pressure filter and confirm.

- Confirm completion of pressure filter cleaning.

If the machine is equipped with single nozzle control:
Open the stop tap for the return flow on the boom.
To resume working:
Run the spray liquid pump.
- Select Field menu > Agitation > Agitate spray liquid on the ISOBUS control terminal.
- Agitate the spray liquid with maximum agitator capacity for 5 minutes.
After the spray liquid has been agitated, the machine is ready for operation.
