Unfolding the machine and preloading the sections

  1. To lift the sections out of the transport lock:

    Activate the yellow tractor control unit.

Arrows must be aligned.

  1. To unfold the sections to the rear 1:

    Activate blue tractor control unit.
NOTE

Do not completely unfold sections.

Fold sections approximately 85° to the rear.

  1. To lower the sections into working position 2 and lift the running gear:

    Activate the yellow tractor control unit.

  2. To completely unfold the sections 3:

    Start driving slowly and activate the blue tractor control unit.

Align sections.

In operation, the folding sections are preloaded via the hydraulic accumulator.

  1. To preload the sections hydraulically:

    Activate the blue tractor control unit until the pressure gauge shows a pressure of at least 870,23 psi (60bar).

  2. To work with the desired preload pressure of 870,23 psi (60bar):

    Operate the blue tractor control unit in float position.
