Installing the right spreading disk for fertilizer

  1. Clean and grease the gear shaft.
  2. Apply assembly paste on the bolts.
  3. Put on the spreading disk.
  4. Tighten the M24 nut 6 with 147,51 ft-lb (200Nm).
  5. Install the V-ring 5.
  6. Fit on the shifting hub 4. Fasten with the M8x16 bolt.
  7. Fit on the balancing elements 3.
  8. Put on the seal 2.
  9. Fit on the delivery vane 1 and fasten with the washers and two M8x16 bolts.
