AutoTS spreading disk

The spreader unit is equipped with the AutoTS boundary spreading system on the right side.

Depending on the working width, spreading vane unit TS 10, TS 20 or TS 30 is used.

Characteristics of the spreading vane units:

  • TS 10 for small working widths

  • TS 20 for medium working widths

  • TS 30 extremely large working widths

NOTE
To ensure low-vibration operation of the spreading disks, balancing weights are mounted on the spreading disk. The spreading discs are balanced at the center position 2 of the telescopes for the boundary spreading vanes. In Positions 1 and 3 of the respective telescopes, vibration occurs for technical reasons. The vibration, caused by resonance, cannot be prevented and it does not affect the service life of the machine.
