PREREQUISITES
The seed hoppers must be filled
Machine must be unfolded
The fertilizer fan is switched off
Seed | Singling pressure |
|---|---|
Beets, rapeseed, sorghum or sunflower | 0,51 psi (35mbar) ±0,07 psi (5mbar) |
Corn, soy or field beans | 0,65 psi (45mbar) ±0,07 psi (5mbar) |
Read the setting values from the table.
- Open the throttle 1 counterclockwise to the stop.
To switch on the singling fan:
Switch on tractor control unit red 1.To warm up the hydraulic oil for optimal regulation of the hydraulic system:
Run the fan for 5 minutes at 3.5001/min.
To fill the singling disks with seed grains:
In the Work menu, select .To correct the singling pressure:
Adjust the oil quantity on the tractor control unit.
The singling pressure is displayed in the control terminal.
If the pressure gauge 2 shows a pressure greater than 2.175,57 psi (150bar):
Maintain the throttle setting
or
If the pressure gauge shows a pressure less than 2.175,57 psi (150bar):
Close the throttle clockwise until the pressure gauge shows a pressure of 2.175,57 psi (150bar) to 2.320,6 psi (160bar).
When the throttle has been closed:
Set the singling pressure again. When the singling pressure has been set again:
Correct the throttle setting. To monitor the fan:
See Configuring the fan speed monitoring in the ISOBUS operating manualThe values in the table are reference values:
After driving a short distance check the grain placement.
