Seed delivery interrupted

If the taker unit is contaminated, the air current is disrupted. This causes insufficient seed delivery into the singling unit.

  1. Deactivate all fans.
  2. Dismount the cover 2.

Pay attention to the seal in the cover.

  1. Take out the sieve 1.
  2. Clean the sieve with a brush.
  3. Insert the sieve in the taker unit.
  4. Mount the cover.

If the conveyor line is blocked, seed is not delivered into the singling unit.

  1. Set the pressure difference to 40 mbar.
  2. Bring the adjustment lever 1 into position 0.

The control flaps 2 open up the bypass 3.

The seed is delivered into the singling unit.

  1. If the singling unit cannot take up enough seed to eliminate the blockage:

    Empty the singling unit.
  2. Repeat the flushing procedure until the blockage in the conveyor line is eliminated.

If the giver unit is blocked, seed will not be delivered into the singling unit.

  1. Deactivate all fans.
  2. Unscrew the knurled screw 1 and pivot it to the side.
  3. Pull the sliding shutter 3 out of its parking position.

The cover 2 is opened.

  • Move the sliding shutter 1 into the seed giver unit 2.

The seed flow is interrupted for the desired side.

  1. Turn the lever 1 until the latch engages in the groove 5.

The desired emptying flap 2 remains closed.

  1. Turn the lever 3 into the center position.

The emptying flap 4 swings downward.

The seed that is present in the giver unit flows out.

  1. Collect the seed in a suitable container.
  2. Clean the giver unit.
  1. When the giver unit is cleaned:

    Swing the emptying flap 2 upwards.
  2. Turn the lever 1 until the latches engage in the groove 3.
  3. If other giver units are blocked:

    Repeat the cleaning procedure.
  1. Close the cover 1.
  2. Pivot the knurled screw 2 in front of the cover and tighten it.
  3. Bring the sliding shutter 3 into parking position.
