Adjusting the coulter pressure in the track

NOTE
The coulters in the track can be charged with additional coulter pressure. The additional coulter pressure can be set between 7 and 20 on the valve 1.
For machines with coulter offset, only increase the additional coulter pressure such that the offset coulters next to the track do not sink in.
  1. Switch on the fan.
  2. Read-out the set coulter pressure in the multi-function display.
  3. If the coulter pressure is not shown in the multi-function display:

See Changing the multi-function display in the ISOBUS operating manual.

The pressure gauge 3 shows the coulter pressure in the left track. The pressure gauge 4 shows the coulter pressure in the right track. The value is comprised of the coulter pressure displayed in the multi-function display plus maximum 290,08 psi (20bar).

  1. Loosen the lock nut on the valve 2.
  2. To increase the coulter pressure in the left track:

    Turn the adjustment screw clockwise

or

To reduce the coulter pressure in the left track:

Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
  1. Tighten the lock nut.
  2. Loosen the lock nut on the valve 1.
  3. To increase the coulter pressure in the right track:

    Turn the adjustment screw clockwise

or

To reduce the coulter pressure in the track:

Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
  1. Tighten the lock nut.
  2. Drive 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed. Check the setting.
