Filling the fertilizer hopper

PREREQUISITES

  • Implement is coupled on the tractor.

  • For tasks at night the hopper interior lighting is switched on.

  • All fans are switched off.

  1. Secure tractor and implement.
  2. Swing down the loading board.
  3. Swing down the steps.
  4. Unlock the lock lever 1.
  5. Open the hopper cover 2.
  1. Fill the hopper chamber.
IMPORTANT
Hopper cover damage caused by personnel walking on it
If the hopper cover is damaged, the hopper will leak. Metering will be faulty.
Do not step on the hopper cover.

  1. Clean the cover seal and the sealing surface.
  2. Close the hopper cover 1.
  3. Slide in the ladder.
  4. Fold the loading board.
  5. If known, enter the filling quantity on the control terminal.
