Setting the target pressure differential for Central Seed Supply and fertilizer
PREREQUISITES
The seed hoppers must be filled
Machine must be unfolded
Fan must be switched on
The singling disks must be filled with seed grains
- Depending on the seed type 2, read the pressure difference 1 from the sticker
- In the Settings menu, select Products > Seed.
- Scroll through the menu pages with .
The target differential between the Central Seed Supply System pressure and the singling pressure is entered in automatic mode. The fan speed is regulated automatically.
To switch on automatic mode:
Activate the Central Seed Supply automation.- Enter the pressure difference under Target difference Central Seed Supply and singling pressure.
The factory setting for the target pressure difference with empty hopper is 0,07 psi (5mbar).
- Enter the target pressure difference for the empty hopper under Target pressure difference with empty hopper.
To adjust the target pressure difference:
Press in the Work menu
or
Press in the Work menu.
If the target pressure difference is set, in the Work menu, the machine data briefly shows the target pressure difference instead of the singling pressure.
In operation the software sets the value Target difference Central Seed Supply and singling pressure.
If the fertilizer hopper is empty the software sets the value Target pressure difference with empty hopper.
In manual mode, the fan speed can be variably adjusted until the desired setpoint differential between singling pressure and the Central Seed Supply System pressure is reached.
To deactivate automatic mode:
Deactivate the Central Seed Supply automation.To adjust the target pressure difference:
Press in the Work menu
or
Press in the Work menu.
If the target pressure difference is set, in the Work menu, the machine data briefly shows the target pressure difference instead of the singling pressure.

If the desired fan pressure is not reached, use a larger hydraulic motor. Contact your specialist workshop for more information.
