Mounting a metering roller

  1. Unscrew the bolts with the wrench 1.
  2. Park the wrench in the holder 3.
  3. Turn the bearing cover 2.
  1. Pull off the bearing cover 1.
  2. Mount the metering 2 roller.
  1. Align the catch 3 on the bearing cover to the drive shaft 2.
  2. Mount the bearing cover.
  3. Tighten bolts with the wrench 1.
  4. Park the wrench in the holder 4.

  1. When the hopper is full:

    Pull the sliding shutter 1 out of the metering housing.
  2. Park the sliding shutter on the metering unit housing.
  3. Pivot the bolts 2 in front of the sliding shutter.
  4. Tighten bolts with the wrench 3.
