Faulty speed regulation on the conveyor fan

The flow control valve cannot work freely

  • To allow the flow control valve to work freely in automatic mode:

    Turn the knurled screw 1 counterclockwise to the stop.

Signal or actuator on the flow control valve has failed

To drive the conveyor fan, the Precea 9000-TCC requires at least 14,53 gpm (55l/min) and the Precea 12000-TCC 17,17 gpm (65l/min).

  1. To convey enough oil with the on-board hydraulic system:

    Set the PTO shaft speed between 7001/min and 1.0001/min

or

For implements without an on-board hydraulic system:

Set the tractor control unit to the desired value.

  1. Turn the knurled screw 1 counterclockwise to the stop.

  2. To set the speed manually:

    Turn the knurled screw on the flow control valve clockwise until the desired pressure difference is reached.
