Checking and replacing the coulter on the furrow ridge leveller

Interval

  • Every 3 months

If a coulter on the furrow ridge leveller is damaged or exhibits significant wear, the coulter can be turned around and still used initially. If the distance A is smaller than 15mm on both sides, the coulter 1 must be replaced.

  1. To use the unused side of the coulter or replace the worn coulter:

    Remove the nuts 3.
  2. Remove the washers.
  3. Remove the bolts 1.
  4. Turn the worn side of the coulter 2 to the rear

If both sides of the coulter are worn:

Replace the coulter.

  1. Install the bolts 1.
  2. Install the washers.
  3. Install the nuts 1.
