Adjusting the coulter pressure in the track

NOTE
Additional coulter pressure can be applied onto the coulters in the track. The additional coulter pressure is set on the valve 1 between 7 and 20.
For machines with coulter displacement, only increase the additional coulter pressure such that the displaced coulters next to the track do not sink in.
  1. Switch on the fan.
  2. Read the set coulter pressure from the multi-function display.
  3. If the coulter pressure is not shown on the multi-function display:

Refer to the ISOBUS operating manual, Changing the multi-function display.

The pressure gauge 3 shows the coulter pressure on the left track. The pressure gauge 4 shows the coulter pressure on the right track. The value consists of the coulter pressure displayed on der multi-function display plus a maximum of 20bar.

  1. Loosen the lock nut on the valve 2.
  2. To increase coulter pressure on the left track:

    Turn the adjusting screw clockwise.

or

To reduce the coulter pressure on the left track:

Turn the adjusting screw counter-clockwise.
  1. Tighten the lock nut.
  2. Loosen the lock nut on the valve 1.
  3. To increase coulter pressure on the right track:

    Turn the adjusting screw clockwise.

or

To reduce the coulter pressure on the right track:

Turn the adjusting screw counter-clockwise.
  1. Tighten the lock nut.
  2. Drive for 30m at working speed. Check the settings.
