Turning on the headlands

When the tools are lifted, the metering rollers stop. Depending on the implement equipment, when the fan is running, seed emerges from the coulters until the conveyor section is empty. If necessary, the time window for lifting and lowering the tools can be adjusted.

  1. To minimise fan speed fluctuations when lifting the rear frame:

    Give the tractor control unit for the fan drive priority

or

If the tractor does not have priority assignment:

Set the flow rate for lifting the rear frame as low as possible on the tractor control unit.
  1. Before turning, lift the rear frame with the green 2 tractor control unit.

In automatic mode, the wheel mark eradicator automatically swivels into transport position.

  1. To avoid damage to the implement:

    Pay attention to obstacles when turning.

  2. When the direction of the implement matches that of the direction of travel:

    Lower the rear frame with the green 1 tractor control unit.

In automatic mode, the wheel mark eradicator automatically swivels into working position.
