Coupling the pack top seed drill

  1. Slowly drive the tractor with the coupled soil tillage machine 1 under the pack top seed drill.
  1. Remove the safety clip 3.
  2. Slowly lift the soil tillage machine.

The pack top seed drill 1 rests in the catching sockets 2 of the soil tillage machine.

NOTE
The top edge of the hopper must be level when coupling on level ground.
  1. Attach the top link 1 with the pin 3.
  2. Secure the pin with the linch pin 2.
  3. Place the hydraulic hose lines from the hose cabinet 6 in the guide 5.
  4. Place the supply line for the job computer in the guide.
  5. Fasten the hydraulic hose lines and supply line with the holder 4.

On the KE rotary harrow and the KX and KG rotary cultivators, the top link is adjusted to a length of 545mm.

On the CombiDisc 3000 compact disc harrow, the top link is adjusted to a length of 880mm.

  1. Adjust the top link to the desired length.
  1. Lift the soil tillage machine with the coupled seed drill.
  2. Take the parking supports 1 out of the machine 2 on both sides.
  1. Install the safety clips 2 on all of the brackets 1.

  1. If the seed drill has a tramline marker,

    Connect the supply line of the seed drill to the soil tillage machine 1.
  1. Connect the supply line 2 for the rear lighting and identification to the soil tillage machine 1.
  1. Connect the supply line 1 for monitoring the soil tillage machine 2.
