Performing XtremeClean high-pressure cleaning

In addition to the intensive cleaning, the sprayer can be cleaned using XtremeClean high pressure cleaning. XtremeClean protects against spray damage when changing products.

XtremeClean should be carried out in the field. During the XtremeClean cycle, cleaning water is sprayed out several times. XtremeClean takes 25 minutes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intensive cleaning has been carried out.

  • The flushing water tank is filled.

  • The spray liquid tank is empty.

  1. Run the spray liquid pump.
  1. Select Field menu > Cleaning > XtremeClean.

The ISOBUS control terminal shows the conditions that must be met:

  • Maximum fill level of the spray liquid tank

  • Minimum fill level of the flushing water tank

  • Boom unfolded

  • Speed of the spray liquid pump

  1. Meet the specified conditions.
  2. Start cleaning.
  3. Confirm that the first stage of cleaning can be performed.

The cleaning solution will be sprayed out.

  1. Confirm completion of the first cleaning stage.

  2. If high-pressure cleaning is to be supplemented with cleaning additives:

    Flush in the cleaning additives through the induction bowl.
  3. Confirm that the second stage of cleaning can be performed.

The second stage of the cleaning cycle starts and takes at least 15 minutes.

  1. Confirm completion of the second cleaning stage.
  2. Confirm that the third stage of cleaning can be performed.

The cleaning solution will be sprayed out.

NOTE
If the machine is equipped with AmaSelect single-nozzle control, the nozzles are automatically switched during the cleaning procedure. This ensures that all of the nozzles are flushed.
  1. Confirm completion of the third cleaning stage.
