The nozzles on the AmaXact nozzle bodies drip.

The AmaXact valves are soiled.

WARNING
Risks due to accidental contact with spray liquid
Before working on the nozzle bodies, flush the nozzles with flushing water.
  1. Loosen the locking nut 1.
  2. Pull the guide 4 out of the housing 2.
  3. Use a screwdriver to release the sealing head 5 from the guide.
  4. Clean the valve.
  5. Press the sealing head back onto the guide until it clicks into place. Observe the marked orientation of the components.
  6. Reinstall the valve.
  7. Screw the valve onto the AmaXact nozzle body with the union nut 3. Observe the specified tightening torque.
