Setting up the speed sensor on the implement

NOTE
To control the implement, a speed signal is required.
If the sensor on the implement is defective, an error message will not be shown on the control terminal.
  1. In the Settings menu, select Implement > Speed.
  2. Under Source, select Machine sensor.

  1. If the value for the pulses is known:

    Under Sensor pulses, enter the pulses per 100m

or

If the value for the pulses is not known:

Under Teach-in pulses, press . Follow the instructions on the display.

  1. To save the recorded pulses:

    Press .

  2. To check the accuracy of the speed signal:

    Compare the speed display of the tractor to the displayed speed on the control terminal.

Both displays show comparable values.
