Coupling the three-point mounting frame

  1. Set the tractor lower links 1 to the same height.
  2. Couple the lower links 1 from the tractor seat.
IMPORTANT
Collision of frame ballasting and tractor tires
In operation, ensure that the frame ballasting is always properly distanced from the tractor tires.
NOTE
For the optimal effect of frame ballasting, the top link must be mounted on the highest top link point on the tractor side.
  1. Couple the top link 2.
  2. Check whether the top link catch hooks 3 and lower link catch hooks 4 are correctly locked.
WARNING
An unexpected hydraulic function is activated

Before activating the tractor control unit,

check the selected hydraulic function of the Comfort hydraulic system.
  1. Lower the implement to the ground.
  2. To increase the frame ballast:

    Activate the green 1 tractor control unit and set a pressure of 2.320,6 psi (160bar).

The pressure gauge 1 shows the coulter pressure.

Frame ballasting 1 rests on the lower links 2.

  1. Slowly lift out the implement and bring it into working position.

The piston rods 3 must not reach the end position in any operating state.
