Coupling hydraulic hose lines
All hydraulic hoses are fitted with handles. The handles have colored markings with code number or a code letter. The markings are assigned to the respective hydraulic functions of the pressure line of a tractor control unit. Stickers that match the marking are affixed on the machine to illustrate the respective hydraulic functions.
The tractor control unit is used in different activation types, depending on the hydraulic function:
Activation type | Function | Symbol |
|---|---|---|
Latching | Permanent oil circulation | |
Momentary | Oil circulation until action is executed | |
Floating | Free oil flow in the tractor control unit |
Marking | Function | Tractor control unit | ||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Red | Pressureless return flow, which must always be coupled. | Maximum line pressure less than 72,52 psi (5bar) | ||||
Fan hydraulic motor | Switch-on | Single-acting | ||||
Coulter pressure | Increase Reduce | |||||
Green | Frame ballasting | Increase Reduce | Double-acting | |||
Yellow | Precea 3000/4500 Track marker | Lifting | Single-acting | |||
Precea 6000 Track marker | Fold Unfold | Double-acting | ||||
Beige | Filling auger | Switch-on | Single-acting | |||
If there are fewer tractor control units available than are required, multiple machine functions 2 can be assigned to one tractor control unit with the Comfort hydraulic system. The function selection is activated either via the machine software or via ComfortClick 1.
- Depressurize the hydraulic system between the tractor and the machine using the tractor control unit.
- Clean the hydraulic plug connectors.
- First, couple the red T hydraulic hose line on the corresponding hydraulic socket on the tractor.
- Couple the red 1 hydraulic hose line on the corresponding hydraulic socket on the tractor.
- Connect the hydraulic hose lines 1 according to the marking 2 on the hydraulic sockets of the tractor.
The hydraulic plug connectors lock tangibly.
- Route the hydraulic hose lines with sufficient freedom of movement and without chafing points.
To warm up the hydraulic oil for optimal regulation of the hydraulics:
Run the fan for several minutes at 2.5001/min.
