Adjusting the running gear height

NOTE
In the factory setting, the running gear wheels are installed in the center position.
Special operating conditions may require a different running gear height. This may restrict the range of movement of the seeding coulter. If the running gear height is increased, it is possible that the set placement depth may not be reached on very hilly terrain.

PREREQUISITES

  • Machine must be on the solid floor of an equipment building.

  1. Lift out the machine.
  2. Secure the machine.
  3. Fix the height of the wheel 2 with a suitable aid.
  4. Remove bolts 1.
  5. Bring the wheel into the desired position with a suitable aid.
  6. Mount and tighten the bolts.
  7. After 5 hours of operation, check the bolted connection for firm seat.
