Manual adjustment of the tine working depth

The soil tillage machine rests on the support arms 2 of the trailing roller 1. To adjust the working depth, the depth setting pin 3 is inserted in the desired hole.

  1. Raise the machine.

The pins 2 are no longer resting on the support arms 1.

  1. Secure the tractor and machine.
  2. Remove the linch pin 3.
NOTE
The adjustment of the working depth must be adapted to the respective operating conditions. The optimum adjustment can only be determined during field operation.

  1. For deeper soil tillage:

    Insert the pin in a higher position +

or

For shallower soil tillage:

Insert the pin in a shallower position +.
CAUTION
Crushing hazard for hands

Carefully insert the pin into the desired position.
  1. Secure the pin with the linch pin.
  2. Make the same setting for the opposite side of the machine.
  1. Insert the pin 3 with the adjusting rod 1 in the desired position.
  2. Lock the adjusting rod in the mount 2.
  3. Make the same setting for the opposite side of the machine.
