Uncoupling the QuickLink

PREREQUISITES

  • All hoppers are emptied

  1. Lift the soil tillage implement with the coupled implement.
  2. Mount the parking supports 2 on both sides of the implement 1.
  3. Slowly lower the soil tillage implement with the coupled implement.

Park the implement with the parking supports on a level surface.

  1. Offload the top link 2.
  2. Dismount the top link pin 1 on the soil tillage implement.
  1. Swing the top link 1 upward.
  2. Park the top link in the holder 2.
  1. Remove the linch pins 1 from the coupling pieces 2 on both sides.
  1. Dismount the coupling pieces 1 on both sides.
  1. Slowly lower the soil tillage implement.

The catching sockets 1 detach from the frame 2.

  1. Slowly drive the tractor forwards with the coupled soil tillage implement.
  2. Mount the coupling pieces 1 on both sides.
  3. Secure the coupling pieces 1 with the linch pins 2 on both sides.

  1. To disconnect the working position sensor and the track marker actuator from the implement:

    Disconnect the signal supply line 1 from the rotary cultivator 2.
  1. Disconnect the rear-facing lighting of the Precea from the rotary cultivator 2 on both sides.
  2. Connect the rear-facing lighting 1 to the rotary cultivator on both sides.
