Function of the machine

The machine designation is comprised of the name Precea and the frame width in millimeters. If there is an optional rigid frame the machine is identified with -2 in the machine designation.

For operation as a mounted machine, a soil tillage machine is required as a carrying machine. The mounted machine is identified with A in the machine designation.

Machines with rear fertilizer hopper and fertilizer coulters are identified with CC in the machine designation.

Alternatively, the fertilizer can also be carried in a front-mounted hopper. A hose package connects the front-mounted hopper to the rear-mounted machine. Machines with front fertilizer hopper and fertilizer coulters are identified with FCC in the machine designation.

In the grain singling unit, the seed is singulated and placed in the seedbed with the PreTeC mulch seeding coulter.

Depending on the requirements, the machine may be provided with special options such as fertilizer equipment or a micro-granule spreader.
