Coupling hydraulic hose lines

All hydraulic hoses are fitted with handles. The handles have colored markings with code number or a code letter. The markings are assigned to the respective hydraulic functions of the pressure line of a tractor control unit. Stickers that match the marking are affixed on the machine to illustrate the respective hydraulic functions.

The tractor control unit is used in different activation types, depending on the hydraulic function:

If there are fewer tractor control units available than are required, multiple machine functions 2 can be assigned to one tractor control unit with the Comfort hydraulic system. The function selection is activated either via the machine software or via ComfortClick 1.

  1. Depressurize the hydraulic system between the tractor and the machine using the tractor control unit.
  2. Clean the hydraulic plug connectors.
IMPORTANT
Implement damage due to insufficient hydraulic oil return flow
On the tractor side, only use lines that correspond to the nominal width of red T of the implement or larger for the pressureless hydraulic oil return flow.
Select short return paths.
Connect the pressureless hydraulic return flow to the intended coupling, before establishing all other hydraulic connections.

If the implement has a leakage oil line:

couple the leakage oil line in the intended coupling.
Mount the supplied coupling sleeve on the pressureless hydraulic oil return.
  1. First, couple the red T hydraulic hose line with the appropriate hydraulic socket on the tractor.
  2. Couple the red 1 hydraulic hose line with the appropriate hydraulic socket of the tractor.
  3. Couple the remaining hydraulic hose lines 1 with the hydraulic sockets of the tractor according to the 2 marking.

The hydraulic plug connectors lock tangibly.

  1. Route the hydraulic hose lines with sufficient freedom of movement and without chafing points.
