Changing the metering wheel

  1. Place the sliding shutter 2 in the bottom position.
  2. Turn the drive unit 1 counterclockwise.
  3. Pull the drive unit out of the metering housing.
  1. Insert the unlocking tool 1 into the metering unit cover 2.
  2. Unlock the metering wheel cover.
  3. Open the metering unit cover.
  1. Take the roller cage 1 together with the metering roller out of the metering unit housing.

  1. Insert the desired metering roller 2 in the metering unit housing.
  1. Close the metering unit cover 2 .

Locking mechanism engages.

  1. Insert the drive unit 1 into the metering roller.
  2. Turn the drive unit clockwise.
  3. Place the sliding shutter 3 in the top position.
