Checking the FertiSpot cyclone separator

  • At end of season

PREREQUISITES

  • Implement is coupled on the tractor

  • Fan is switched off

  • Filling auger is switched off

NOTE
The greatest wear occurs in the area of the fertilizer inlet 2.

  1. If small holes in the housing are detected:

    Replace the cyclone separator 5 as follows.

  2. Dismount hose clamp and exhaust air hose 1.

  3. Dismount hose clamp and conveyor hose 4.

  4. Remove the cotter pin 3.

  5. Replace the cyclone separator.

  6. Mount the cotter pin.

  7. Mount hose clamp and conveyor hose.

  8. Mount hose clamp and exhaust air hose.
