The scrapers enable smooth running of the catch roller 1 on soils with adhesive surface structures.

  1. Lift out the implement.
  2. Secure tractor and implement.
  3. Unscrew nuts 3.
  4. Adjust the scraper 2 to a distance of 0,04 in (1mm).

When the scraper can no longer be re-adjusted:

Dismount nuts. Replace the scraper. Adjust to a distance of 0,04 in (1mm).

IMPORTANT
Roller damage due to abrasion caused by the adjacent scraper

To check the distance:

Rotate the roller.
  1. Tighten the nuts.

  2. To check the adjustment:

    Drive 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed. Check the work pattern.
