Coupling the parking device

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fertiliser hopper is empty

  • Seed hopper is empty

  • Micro-granule hopper is empty

IMPORTANT
Drive shaft damage due to collision with the parking device

Before placing the implement on the parking device 1:

Turn the drive shaft 2 away from the parking device.

    Turn the drive shaft 2 away from the parking device.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to falling over of the parking device along with the implement
Park the parking device on stable and even ground.

  1. Position the catch hook 1 of the parking device under the pin 2.
  1. Slowly lower the implement.

The pins 2 engage in the catch hooks 3.

  1. Relieve the frame ballasting 1.

The frame ballasting will be lowered.

  1. Extend the top link.

The sections 2 are supported on the parking device.

  1. Install the tensioning straps between the implement frame 3 and the parking device 1.
  2. Uncouple the three-point mounting frame.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to tipping over of the implement during transport

Use fork tines with a length of at least 1.500mm.

Use a transport vehicle with a lifting capacity of at least 4,5t.

For transport, only slightly raise the parking device together with the implement.

Park the parking device along with the implement on stable and even ground.

  1. To transport the implement on the parking device:

    Carry the transport forks in the sockets 1.

The transport forks reach up to the second frame tube 2.

  1. Lift the parking device with the attached implement only slightly for transport.
