Adjusting the star clearer working depth

Uncontrolled movement of the star clearers due to pressure loss in the star clearer pressure system
Shutdown the implement.

  1. Remove the locking ring 3.

  2. Relieve the star clearers 2.

  3. Pull out the positioning pin 1.

The working depth increases with the number of notches in the pegging positions.

  1. Move the star clearers to the desired working depth

When not in use,

Park the star clearers in the hexagonal pegging position P.

  1. Insert the locking pin in the hole pattern.

  2. Install the locking ring.
