Checking and replacing the catch roller scraper

The scrapers enable smooth running of the catch roller 1 on soils with sticky surface structures.

  1. Lift the implement.
  2. Secure the tractor and implement.
  3. Loosen the nuts 3.
  4. Adjust the scraper 2 to a distance of 1mm.

If the scraper cannot be readjusted any more:

Remove the nuts. Replace the scraper. Adjust to a distance of 1mm.

IMPORTANT
Damage to the wheel due to abrasion by the scraper

To check the distance:

rotate the wheel.
  1. Tighten the nuts.

  2. To check the setting:

    Drive for 30m at working speed. Check the work pattern.
