Adjusting the working height of the levelling board

The levelling board 1 levels the flow of soil between the tines and the roller. To crush large clods of soil more effectively, the soil clods are held between the tines by the levelling board. The levelling board can give way upwards thanks to the integrated overload safety. The height of the levelling board is adjustable.

  1. Insert the universal operating tool 2 on the adjustment device 1.

  2. To offload the locking mechanism4:

    Swing the adjustment device slightly upwards.
  3. Release the locking mechanism. Hold the universal operating tool in position.

  4. For plow seeding:

    Reduce the working height of the leveling board 3-.

The locking mechanism must engage.

The leveling board pushes up a small ridge of soil.

  1. For mulch seeding:

    Increase the working height of the leveling board +.

The locking mechanism must engage.

It must be possible for crop residues to pass under the leveling board.

  1. Make the same adjustment for the opposite side of the implement.

  2. To check the adjustment:

    Drive 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed. Check the work pattern.
