Folding the implement

The roller transport safeguards 1 fix the support arms 2 of the trailing rollers in place.

  1. Before folding, ensure that all roller transport safeguards can be easily moved.
  1. Lift the implement.
IMPORTANT
Universal joint shaft damage due to tension in the drive

Before folding the implement:

Wait until implement parts that are still moving have come to a complete standstill.
Bring the tractor's PTO drive into neutral position.

Depending on the tractor's equipment:

Release the tractor's PTO brake.

  1. To fold the implement sections 1:

    Activate the tractor control unit green 2.

  2. When the transport lock 2 is engaged:

    Bring the tractor control unit into neutral position.

The roller transport lock 1 fixes in place the carrying arms 2 of the trailing roller in folded status.

Before driving off, ensure that the roller transport lock is engaged.

  1. If the roller transport lock is not engaged:

    Move the roller outwards until the roller transport lock engages.
