Checking and replacing tines

Interval

  • Drain 50 operating hours

  1. Determine the length of the tines.

  2. When the length of the tines is less than the minimum length:

    replace the tines.
  1. Remove the linch pin3.
  2. Take the pin 1 out of the tool carrier.
  3. Dismount tines 2.

The outer tool carriers 1 always turn towards the center of the implement.

  1. Pay attention to the alignment of the tines.
  2. Mount new tines.
  3. Fasten tines with the pin.
  4. Secure tines with the linch pin.
